The kingdom of God is nothing less or more than the demonstration of power to rule and with authority to conquer. In every sphere of life, in our day to day endeavor, there is always something very unique that everyone wants to achieve and when that light is attain and obtained, then “Power” comes to play its role.
Have you ever heard about business men and women who went in search of diabolical power? Just to make it big in business. What about bewitching someone else off his position in the office just to take over the seat. How about several religious platforms today full with individuals who for the search of strange powers that are not ultimate, sold their souls to the devil, just to bring up false performance for selfish aim to become known in the hall of fame. Little did they know that such power, bought by blood of human being, animals, human destinies, will soon lose its voice because there is an ultimate voice in blood of Him, which speaks better things than any other voice crying out from any other blood sacrifice. In summary, the kingdom of God is in the demonstration of power, this is because the works the father has assigned to us when registered and endorsed into this kingdom, needs power to accomplish them.
I would like to bring to our notice as a reminder to some of us who might have forgotten or not even aware that the book of Matthew is the book of the Kingdom.
Matt 10:1
And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Even Jesus Christ acknowledged the truth about His position while on earth about the works of his father and made a clear declaration in John 9:4”I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.”

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

The efficiency, effectiveness and potency of the power cannot be over emphasized whenever we take stock of all that Jesus did with the power that came upon him by the father. He found the ordination upon his life and enforced it to accomplishment by the power upon his life.
Luke 4:18-19
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

With this power, lepers were cleansed, all manners of sicknesses and diseases healed, he raised up the dead, the blind saw again, the lame walked, the dumb spoke, the deaf heard sound, he spoke at the tree and it obeyed, the storm became calm at his command, he walked upon the sea defiling the laws of nature by this same power, what a monarch of Zion that has no equal. All these Jesus did with power and if these testimony would be our experience also, the it must be by power.
John 1:12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

If you accept him today and now, he will give you the same measure of his power and you shall do even more with faith but to draw a perspective; with this power when adequately used, as we shall be led by the spirit of truth, would stop witchcraft in our families, businesses, academic, relationships and to shut down every demonic gateways and set us totally free from the kingdom of darkness, that we might but on the armour of light.
Rom 13:12
The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

With this power, bad habit, addiction, worry, anxiety, guilt and pain are brought under the subjugation of its authority because what seems impossible with men is very much possible with God when we acknowledge our sins, confess them and forsake in other to be register and endorsed in this kingdom.
PRAYER
Lord Jesus, I have heard your knock at the door of my heart and with your small still voice calling me. I accept you as my lord and personal savior, forgive my sins, re-write my story from heaven afresh, as I align to my assignment in this kingdom by your grace, Amen.
